Psychotherapy for individuals and couples
Hi, I’m Jack. I’m a psychotherapist and couples therapist based in London. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that affect their confidence or relationships, and who want things to feel more manageable and meaningful.
What I Offer
Individual Psychotherapy
For people feeling anxious, low, stuck, or unsure of themselves, or who want to understand why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives and relationships.
Each individual session is 50 minutes long and charged at £80 per session.
Couples Therapy
For couples wanting to improve communication, rebuild trust, or make sense of recurring tensions, whether you’re in crisis or just feeling a bit lost.
Each couples session is 50 minutes long and charged at £120 per session.

People come to therapy for lots of reasons, such as anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or a general sense of feeling stuck. You don’t need to be in crisis to start. If something in your life doesn’t feel right, or you’re tired of dealing with it on your own, therapy may be helpful.
-
Psychodynamic therapy looks not only at what’s happening now, but also at the underlying patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious processes might be influencing your present difficulties, with the aim of helping you feel more choice and flexibility in your life.
-
The first session is a chance for us to meet and get a sense of whether working together feels right. We’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and how I work. There’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to, it’s as much for you to get a feel for me as it is the other way around.

Most clients attend weekly sessions, which helps build continuity and depth in the work. In some circumstances, we may agree a different arrangement, and this can be reviewed over time.
-
There’s no fixed length. Some people come for a few months; others stay longer. We’ll regularly reflect on how the work is going and whether therapy continues to feel useful.
-
I take a relational, psychodynamic approach that looks beyond surface symptoms to understand the patterns shaping your life and relationships. I’m engaged, warm, and collaborative rather than distant or prescriptive, and I’m attentive to how social context, identity, and power can affect mental health. Many clients tell me they value the balance of depth, clarity, and humanity I bring to the work.

I’m currently seeing clients online.

I currently have slots available throughout the week, including a limited number of evening slot. I also have a limited number of weekend slots, though these are charged at a premium.
